It’s time to have your say on aviation met services

The Bureau of Meteorology provides meteorological services for the aviation industry. This includes international, domestic and regional airlines and general aviation.

Timely, responsive and accurate meteorological information is essential for the safe and efficient operation of flights.

These products and services are designed to meet the unique needs of the Australian aviation industry while also complying with ICAO guidelines and standards.

The Bureau wants its aviation services to meet customer expectations, so receiving feedback from aviation customers helps to identify areas where it can improve the services provided to the aviation industry.

The Bureau invites you to complete the aviation services customer satisfaction survey 2023.

It will remain open until Thursday 6 April. If you experience any issues accessing or completing the survey, please email webav@bom.gov.au
